Kayla Hayes, MSW, LISW-CP

Kayla Hayes, MSW, LISW-CP is a licensed independent social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults.

She has practiced in a variety of settings including early intervention focused on young children targeting social-emotional development and/or behavioral concerns, inpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents, and community mental health. Kayla graduated with her Master's in Social Work in 2016 from The University of South Carolina.

Kayla has experience working with children and adolescents in foster care and adoption, parenting issues or concerns, family therapy, and intensive experience with trauma. Kayla was rostered in 2019 with the State of South Carolina in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) after completing a year-long collaboration. Other areas of experience include: anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, stress management, and life changes and adjustments. Kayla is kind, compassionate, and has a heart for building strong relationships to aid in therapeutic gains for the client.

Kayla was born and raised in South Carolina. She currently resides in Anderson, SC with her husband, 2 sons, and dog, Lucy. Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
