Insurance
We accept a variety of insurance plans and submit claims on our clients' behalf. However, each therapist works with different insurance companies at their discretion. You can determine what insurance companies our therapists accept using the filter "Insurance Type" on the "Our Therapists" page accessed from the menu above. Alternatively, each therapist list the insurance they accept on their individual bio page.
Please note, clients are responsible for the deductibles and co-pays established by their insurance plan. If you are unsure of your plan's deductible or co-pay, you can determine the amount by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card. Tell them you are inquiring about "out-patient mental health benefits" and they will provide the information you need.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If your insurance plan is not listed for the therapist you prefer, please call us. We may be able to file your claim as “out-of-network.”
Medicare & Medicare Supplement
Please note: At this, time we cannot accept medicare plans or medicare supplement plans.
Self-Pay
If you would like to pay for your services without insurance, each counselor has a self-pay rate listed on their individual bio page. You can access that page through the "Our Therapists" tab above in the menu navigation bar.
