Welcome to my online office! And thank you for your interest in discovering how I can help you.
I have two primary specializations—both of which center on women overcoming anxiety and depression. One is more crisis centered than the other often involving emotional trauma, PTSD and other related difficulties within this special area of focus.
Specialization 1
Women experiencing emotional abuse through narcissistic control from spouse, partner, parent, sibling, or other relationship such as institutional abuse and, at times—for marginalized populations—society in general.

Specialization 2
Self-efficacy (belief in yourself)—Women experiencing anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders from lack of PURPOSE, PASSION, and CLARITY of self and identity.
Self-efficacy refers to the belief you have in yourself, your ability to achieve your goals, perform tasks, and overcome challenges. It encompasses your confidence, your capabilities, and inner strengths.
And while self-efficacy is not determined by purpose, passion, and identity alone, they are the heart and soul of achievement and a critical component to your sustained happiness and wellbeing.
